Remodeled master bath, including demo of old vanity sinks, molded fiberglass shower and wall to wall mirror.  Installed new tile and glass block walk-in shower with niches, glass tile backsplash, new vanity sinks and shower panel.  He brought in a plumber to do the vanity hook-ups.Daniel Jones is a joy to work with.  He and his assistant arrived on time each day and the project was finished exactly when he said that it would be.  They set up their equipment in my garage and were very careful about using tarps and other sorts of coverings to protect the surfaces surrounding the work area in and out of the house.  They took all waste to the dump, including the boxes that the vanities arrived in and when they left, my garage was cleaner than it has been in quite awhile.  Daniel was very open to listening to my design ideas and gave me creative and practical ideas of his own.  All of the tile work was done meticulously and the result is a beautiful new shower and sink area that could easily have cost a lot more than it did.  I highly recommend Daniel Jones of Jones Custom Tile and Stone for any work that requires beautiful tile work done by a most professional, fairly priced and easy to work with company.

Jones tile had to completely tear out a tile shower that was leaking into an adjoining closet due to faulty workmanship by the previous tile man. They then had to build a new shower from the bare studs to a finished tiled shower including a glass block wall. Through out the entire process, Dan Jones cleaned up every day. Each step of the process was clearly explained. It was obvious that they knew what had to be done and were very experienced. He showed us how they waterproofed the new floor pan to prevent any leaks. The walls and floor were floated as they should have been. They were always on time and each step of the process was completed within the given time frame. The new tile shower and glass block wall are beautiful and professionally done. They also expertly repaired/replaced the water-damaged drywall in the adjoining closet! Jones Custom Tile and Stone is as professional as you can get. It is obvious thatthey care about their work and take pride in it. It is also obvious that they care about their clients and go the extra mileto assure their satisfaction. Without any hesitation, I would recommend them for any tile job.

Installed new bathroom shower including replacing bathroom floor. Excellent.. workmanship is superior than anything we've had done before and this is the second bathroom we've had done. Daniel (owner) did and excellent job in the planning and implementation work. The crew was great in keeping us informed on their progress and any concerns they had. Work was done in a timely manner with attention to detail being maintained. I couldn't have asked for a better overall deal in both price and quality. Highly recommend you give these folks a chance to show you want they can do.

Jones Custom Tile & Stone

Jones Custom Tile and Stone installed roughly 700 sq. ft. of porcelain tile, including demolition of existing tile, in our home. The tiled area included a build-up with 61 sq. ft. of steps/risers. They also applied quartz stack stone onto a three sided fireplace (145 sq. ft.) that goes 20' high to the ceiling and onto a large accent wall (60 sq. ft.). Our experience with Jones Custom Tile and Stone was greatfrom the start, the estimate. Daniel was down to earth, courteous, and willing to compare my own measurements to his and discuss any differences which, in my opinion, established honesty and trust from the get go. He showed up promptly on the scheduled start date and every day thereafter until the project was complete. He was thoughtful and considerate of the fact that we were staying in the home with young children during the process. For instance, he tiled a path in the hallway from the master bedroom to the garage access and set it with a quick-drying thin-set so we wouldn't have restricted access for a long period of time. The tile and stone came out beautifully...we are thrilled we the results!!! I had chosen a quartz stack stone which didn't offer the option of corner pieces and because it is a three sided fireplace there are two corners. I was a little nervous about an unfinished look on the corners due to the choice of stone, but it too came out beautifully!!! Daniel's wife, Jennifer, who manages the scheduling, paperwork, payments, etc. was also great to work with...very nice and personable!!! Thank you both for making this experience a pleasurable one! We look forward to working with you again on future projects!

We were on a tight time schedule, needing to get our floor tiled between the cabinets being installed and the installation of the appliances.  Other contractors we had contacted were unable to do the job as quickly as we needed so we went to Angie's List.I called Jones Custom Tile and Stone, and received a return call the next day.  Jennifer was extremely kind and accommodating. The estimate she gave us was exactly what we had gotten from the two other contractors we had contacted. And, because we only needed the kitchen section of the floor installed quickly, she was able to schedule the work for early the following week-which was perfect for us.Although we had not seen the work Jones Custom Tile and Stone did, we relied on the reviews we read on Angie's List.Daniel arrived just as scheduled. They began working right away, and had the backer-board installed quickly.  They even sealed the joints between the backer-board pieces because our kitchen is on the second floor and we were concerned about the joints cracking.  We really appreciated the extra step they took in the preparation.  Then they were off to buy the grout while the seams dried. They spent the afternoon placing the tiles in perfectly straight lines matching the lines and joints in the adjoining room. They did an especially nice job cutting around the edges of the new cabinets.  The next morning they were back to grout, and we are very happy with the results.  We are planning on having them come back to do the next room.
